Carolynn is a graduate student in the Mind, Brain, and Education program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. After spending a year teaching English and learning Spanish in Ecuador, she was hired as a high school science teacher in East Boston, MA, and taught physics, biology, and chemistry, working primarily with English language learners. Her passion is learning about strategies for effective dual language education and understanding the multilingual brain.
